Tailored exercise sessions to assist women's metabolic and hormonal health
Wolli Creek Physiotherapy offers women’s strength exercise classes to complement the existing Pilates classes.
We want to help you to take control of your health, empowering you with skills and knowledge on how to transform your body from the inside out.
These sessions focus on both whole body strength and individual muscle groups to target strength, fitness and posture.

These classes are semi-private, with up to 4 individuals. Attention and care is given to everybody! No previous experience is needed and the class is suitable for all fitness levels. You will be taught how to exercise safely and effectively for your condition.
At the end of each class, you have the opportunity to ask our Exercise Physiologist on the best research available on any specific health conditiond, so you can take control of your body and live a healthier, happier life!
